Customers must provide accurate shipping information. GenCartHub is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Resolutions are handled case by case.

Undeliverable Orders
